Assistant

William Richard Busch, Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, E-8

William Richard Busch is a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant. With over two decades in the Air Force and Reserves followed by federal civilian service at Beale AFB, he has handled increasingly technical administrative roles, first in mail operations and then in military human resources and testing, including the highly regulated WAPS promotion system and Foreign Language Proficiency Pay program. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and accustomed to strict compliance environments, Busch brings a rare mix of frontline service experience and bureaucratic precision. He has been the assistant for Attorney Rayo since February of 2026.
